Daylodge
When you arrive at our mountain one of the first things you will see is our Daylodge.  On the lower level you will find our Ticket Office and Customer Service counter, restrooms, pack storage, an area for eating bag lunches and First Aid.  Head up the stairs to find the Panhandler Cafe and Galloway's Mountain Bar, or step out onto our patio to enjoy the amazing view!  Shames accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Ticket Office and Customer Service
You will find the Ticket Office & Customer Service counter on the lower level of our Daylodge. This is where you can purchase lift tickets, pay for equipment rentals and sign up for lessons. Lost and Found is also located at the Ticket Office.  The Ticket Office is where you can also find our Retail Area.  We carry all the basic items which you may have forgotten or just want to replace, plus a wide variety of Shames Mountain logo items. Where else could you find that beautiful sweatshirt with the Shames logo?

Panhandler Café and Galloway's Mountain Bar
Both the Panhandler Café and Galloway's Mountain Bar are located on the second level of the Daylodge. Panhandler Café offers you a wide variety of tasty cafeteria style food, along with juices, soft drinks, hot chocolate and coffee.   Daily lunch specials are offered throughout the season.

At Galloway's Mountain Bar our friendly staff and atmosphere make it the perfect place to be after a great day on the slopes.  Be sure to ask about the "Skinners Special"!

Skills Development Centre

Our seasoned pros in the Skills Development Centre can help you!   Learn to ski or board with an all inclusive Discover Package, or hone your already great skills with a custom lesson.  Our instructors can help you improve your turns, ride the bumps or jib in the park.  Contact the Ticket Office to book your lesson today!

Edges & Co. - Rental & Repair Shop
Edges & Co. carries a variety of skis, shaped skis, ski boots and poles.   A great selection of snowboards and boots as well.  Our friendly, certified technicians will be pleased to help you out. Why not drop off your equipment while you enjoy lunch or at the end of the day, for a wax or a tune-up?! We also offer adjustments on ski and snowboard bindings.

Locker Room
In our 460sq. ft. heated Locker Room, right beside Edges & Co., we have 114 lockers available for rent during our operating season. The cost is $106.00 for the season.  To reserve yours, contact our Downtown Terrace Office.
